Flatworld Solutions assigned two resources to work exclusively on the project. The client shared the recordings to the team via DropBox and Google Drive. For accuracy, the team downloaded the files in the exact sequence they were sent over by the client.

Once downloaded, podcast transcription began according to the specifications provided by the client. The Quality Assurance (QA) team at Flatworld Solutions performed strict quality checks along the way to ensure accuracy. Each file was sent to the client via email upon completion.
